FDD App

• Common web links used by OSHPD/FDD office and field staff.
• Users can search and locate hospital and skilled nursing facilities in California, information accessible has site plans, basic building information, including seismic ratings for the buildings.
• Users can access OSHPD/FDD database of projects to their current status.
• Directs user to install applications required to open some web content such as Google Earth.
• Helpful hints for some web links.
Compatibility:
• Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) or higher – designed for a phone with 4" or larger screen size.
• Works in portrait and landscape mode.
• Requires an internet browser and application to view PDF files for most of the functionality.

Privacy:
• Does not store or transmit any user information.
• There are no menu or user settings.
• Requires full network access and some web content requires location information for additional functionality.

User Instructions:
• Swipe right or left to select the right page. The scroll strip at the top indicates which page is to the left or right.
• Click on the top left FDD Application icon to go to the Main page.
• There are 6 pages with links associated with each page:

o Preapprovals
